The F.A.R Store - Return & Exchange Policy

At The F.A.R Store, we want every purchase to meet your expectations.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important Notes:

  • 15-day return/exchange period from the date of delivery.
  • No refunds are offered (except in cases of fulfilment errors).
  • A credit note will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • All festive-season sale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Return or Exchange
Returning or exchanging your online order is simple with our home pick-up service:

● Use the email address used for purchase and your order number.
● Returning a gift? A gift card will be issued so the original buyer doesn’t need
   to be contacted.
● A ₹200 pick-up fee applies and will be deducted from your credit note.
   Note: Any additional charges (shipping/gift wrap) paid at checkout are
   non-refundable and will also be deducted from your credit note.

Conditions for Returns
Return Window
● Online purchases → 15 days from the delivery date.
● Only one return/exchange request per order will be accepted.

Item Condition
● Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in
   original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Pick-Up & Return Location
● Returns/exchanges are processed via home pick-up.
● A courier will collect the package from your delivery address
   within 3–5 working days of your request.
● A ₹200 reverse logistics fee will be deducted from your credit note.

Credit Note or Exchange
● For approved returns, you’ll receive either:
● A credit note (valid for 1 year, redeemable online), or
● An exchange for the same item in another size
   (same colour, style, and design, subject to availability).

Special Return Conditions
Non-Returnable Items
● Gift cards, gift-wrapping paper, freebies cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items
● Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
● If defective/damaged, we’ll provide a replacement or, if unavailable, a credit note.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
● Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
● An unboxing video is required as proof for claims.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for fulfilment errors, such as:
● Wrong item delivered
● Missing item
● Damaged item (with unboxing proof)
● In such cases, we will first attempt to provide a replacement.
● If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit note or a refund
   (at our discretion).
● Refunds are not provided for the time, labour, or craftsmanship

● Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. A coupon code or exchange can be offered instead.
