At The F.A.R Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing Time
● All our products are handmade. Order preparation takes approximately 8–10 working days. Once manufacturing is completed, the order will be dispatched and delivery will take an additional 3–4 working days.
● Since many of our products are handmade, additional processing time may be required in some cases.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
● COD is available only for orders valued at ₹3,000 and below.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
● Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight/size.
● Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days (may vary depending on courier partner and delivery location).
● Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Locations
● We currently ship across India.

5. Order Tracking
● Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your order status.
● You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

6. Delivery Issues
● If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video for verification.
● We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
